I really enjoyed my stay at this perfect hotel. The staff were very amiable and competent, provided me with a good sized room with comfortable bed. Also, location was magnificent and perfect, at a short distance from a late Medieval square. Btw, the airport was 12 miles away.

The room was mind-blowingly fresh and clean - new paint, bedding, and curtains. The window opened onto a quiet back alley, and we slept super well. The customer service was jaw-droppingly amazing - they let us check-in late and were so accommodating. The hotel's location adjacent to Termini was incredibly convenient, and the wifi worked like a charm. Everything was so efficient, and the hotel was squeaky clean. The room and bathroom were surprisingly spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. Bonus: we got a free breakfast at a nearby hotel. Plus, they offered free wi-fi, a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, express check-in/-out.

It was just a short walk from Roma Termini, with supermarkets and restaurants conveniently located below. The double pane windows provided great soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful stay. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, especially Mr. Aaresh, who was charming and went above and beyond to assist us.
